Align your expectations with previous reviews
Towels and sheets were clean, but the whole accommodation needs a thorough cleaning as it was done in a very superficial manner. Washing machine was out of order but we manage to negotiate a satisfactory solution. Check in/out were perfect as well as communication with the host. As visible on photos, furniture is old. Nevertheless, flat is well equipped. The place is satisfactory if you use it just to sleep, shower and have breakfast (like we did).

Positive: The staff, Petronella, was outstanding! Great location! Very nice outdoor sitting area, comfortable beds and nice indoor eating area. Adequately stocked kitchen. Great air conditioning! Negative: The place could use a bit of maintenance. Patio is overgrown with plants, and some furniture needs to be replaced or removed since it is non functioning, i.e., cracked patio chairs, and the dresser upstairs the cannot be accessed since the bed is in the way. Water stains on the ceiling from roof leak. A bit of general maintenance would be helpful.

Villa très vétuste qui demande à être rafraîchi. Oreillers à changer, canapé également. Et le ménage est plus que succinct

Positive: Localistion well, Secure place. Quiet. Negative: The owner promised to repair the air condition, and that was the only problem. We informed him on Sunday, on Monday was no service, on Tuesday came service and had no spare parts, On Wednesday was repaired, liquid filled, but after few hours the ac didn't work again. I informed him that probably is the hole in the pipeline, but till the end of our stay (next 4 days) nobody did repair nad was no contact with the owner. We asked him for discount per sms, but here was no raection as well. Before booking we suggest to check if the problem is solved.

Do not advertise WiFi if you do not provide WiFi. The residence was not clean. Many dead flies and insects were found in the kitchen area. Many dead mosquitoes were found on the walls with bloodstains. Spiderwebs were found on the ceilings. Walls were dirty in many places. The shower did not drain until cleared by the caretaker. Dead flies were found on the upstairs bed. The futon was filthy and broken. I do not think the residence complies with AirBnB COVID-19 enhanced cleaning process.

Ubicación inmejorable . Es una planta baja que tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Dentro de la casa se está súper fresco, tiene aire acondicionado pero casi que no hace falta ponerlo salvo algún momento. Hemos estado súper bien, totalmente recomendable.
