Not worth the cost
Beat up older place for about twice the cost it should be, but that’s what these units go for in summer. No transportation from tourist check in office to unit. Big surprise and LONG, hot walk with luggage. Have fun figuring out where it is in the area….. Not appreciated for +$1500!!!!! Beds below average quality- pillows- forget it. Adequate for daily needs, only.

Points positifs: Très bonne communication avec Christophe, tjrs dispo. L'emplacement est proche de tout (mais comme presque tous les appartements), loin du bruit des discothèques. L'appartement est plutôt bien conçu. Points négatifs: Odeurs de tabac très forte, ménage ni fait ni à faire encore du PQ dans les W.C, pas d'état des lieux d'entrée. Et comme on avait fait le ménage, la jeune femme n'a rien contrôlé pour la sortie. Les lits sont fatigués, sommiers et matelas. Matelas de 140 épaisseur la plus fine possible, impossible de de reposer. Les divans et fauteuils sont hors d'âge, casseroles sales et en fin de vie, la mousse du lit rond est morte et à chaque fois qu'on se lève ou on s'assoit dans le lit, on se blesse les genoux..... Franchement Mr le propriétaire, le prix n'est absolument pas en rapport des prestations. On peut payer 20€ de plus pour le séjour pour avoir une prestation digne de ce nom. Message au futurs locataires : louez un autre appartement tant que le propriétaire n'aura pas fait ces changements, cela sera préjudiciable à votre séjour. Nous avons pris tous les 4 des photos au cas où...

The apartment can be found very close to commercial part of HELIOUS. The furnitures were high-quality and well-designed but the common parts of building mainly the corridor was a little bit dirty. All in all I can suggest it for everybody who want to take some time in centre of naturiste area.

Fair, but not without complaints
A Couch that belongs in the Garden and does not invite you to linger. You can put something like that in the Garden, but not in an apartment in this Price range The Mattresses of the bed could also be renewed. Otherwise a nice and quiet apartment
