    Positive: Appartement agréable, bien équipé, connexion internet. Climatisation. Belle terrasse avec le nécessaire. Un parking réservé. Negative: La propreté est douteuse: Poils et cheveux dans les tiroirs du meuble de salle de bains, Ménage bâclé. Le pire est à venir: Les toilettes ne fonctionnaient pas. Nous l'avons fait constater à l'état des lieux. Un plombier devait venir. Il n'est jamais venu. Durant tout le séjour nous avons fait fonctionner les WC couvercle du réservoir ouvert en bidouillant manuellement le système de remplissage du réservoir qui restait boqué en position ouverte!!! A l'état des lieux de sortie nous avons demandé un dédommagement pour ce fort désagrément . On attend toujours des nouvelles.

Nous l'avons fait constater à l'état des lieux. Un plombier devait venir. Il n'est jamais venu.   25. absolutně špatné ubytování na skvělém místě.

    Positive: No comment Negative: Apartmán je co do čistoty v katastrofickém stavu, pavučiny, prach, nepotřebné věci nastrkané na WC a do skříní. Polštáře absolutně nepohodlné. Přikrývka jakýsi přehoz postele společná pro oba dva. Chybějící toaletní potřeby, žádné mýdlo ani šampon ani po urgenci nebylo dodáno. Dva ručníky pro dvě osoby na celý pobyt, 1 rolka toaletního papíru na celý pobyt. Při ubytovávání po nás chtěli zaplatit celou částku i když byla již zaplacena 30% záloha. Záloha uznána až po dlouhém dohadování a dokazování. Omluva jednoslovná sorry.

  39. Fijne eerste ervaring Cap!

    Positive: Zeer centrale locatie, kleine studio, met alles erin wat nodig was, heerlijk groot terras met zicht op de zee. Negative: Het was lastig om de sleutels op te halen. Adres onvindbaar, contactpersoon lastig bereikbaar. Prijs-kwaliteit in het hoogseizoen goed, maar het blijft veel geld voor twee nachten.

    Sehr tolles Studio, noch schöner als auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Alleine der Balkon ist das ganze Geld schon wert :-) Empfang überpünktlich und äusserst nett. Bei Fragen immer eine schnelle Antwort über Whattsapp. Nur zu empfehlen. In allen Hinsichten.

    De studio was fijn gelegen met een mooi groot terras. Bed was voor een zetelbed opmerkelijk goed. Ontvangst van Yves was perfect. Hygiene kan beter, vloer was niet zandvrij en proper, sommige kasten ook niet, terras niet zandvrij. Wij hebben dat vermeld aan Yves en hij ging het regelen met de kuisfirma. Zodus hij is nog voor rede vatbaar. Een goed gastheer dus. Maar de studio en zo leuk en goed gelegen kort ah strand en winkels dat we er zeker terug zouden gaan.

The accomodation was really nice I would say better than described. We'll be back for sure as we loved Cap and we would highly recommend Yves as a host.

    Ich war im Juni 2021 zu Gast, das Studio ist super sauber, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, und die Terasse ist ein Traum schlechthin. Auch die Übergabe der Schlüssel funktionierte einwandfrei, und Nachfragen wurden fast auf die Minute beantwortet. Ein sehr empfhelenswerter Gastgeber, freundlich und kompetent. Immer wieder gerne
