  35. Helipolis ist klasse

    Positive: Unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Wir waren das erste Mal da. Es ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Strand ist in unter 5 Minuten zu erreichen, er ist feinsandig und ohne Steine. Die Ausstattung des Appartements war super, neu und sauber. Die Managerin Petronela war super freundlich, selbst als wir 30 Minuten verspätet ankamen. Diese Anlage können wir nur empfehlen. Negative: No comment

    L'appartement est idéalement placé prés des commerces de la plage et des lieux de fête. Tout neuf et propre parfaitement identique à la description. La terrasse et cette vue sur la mer sont un vrai plus que l'on apprécie notamment le coucher du soleil. Merci pour ce bon moment

    The apartment we got was different, compared to the pictures. The pictures give the impression it would be a three-room apartment (separate bedroom, living room and kitchen area), however it was all in one. Furthermore, contrary to other AirBnBs, there were -no towels provided -no bed covers - no soap or the like. - one must either clean yourself or pay 30 EUR cleaning fee. The location of the apartment is central.

    The apartment is very well located right in the Heliopolis, beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. It had everything required for a comfortable self catered stay. Yves was friendly, his English is very good and he was very helpful, providing all the information we needed in advance and meeting us at the reception. We found the allocated parking very useful also, as we arrived by car. All in all we had an excellent stay and would not hesitate to book again.

    Good communication with the host and he welcome us at the entrance gate. Everything is perfect and we enjoy so much during our stay in Cap D'Agde. The cons is bedsheet and essential is not included, it cost 30Euro during we check in. While cleaning fee is 30Euro but we decided to clean it ourselves. Overall the apartment is very clean, well equip and in good location, near to restaurant, commercial center and only 10 minutes walk to the beach.

    This mini apartment in Heliopolis was in a great location in the naturist village! we could walk 5 minutes to the beach daily, and never had to leave the naturist village. Our host was very helpful, and helped us arrange for transport to and from the train station which was a good deal and saved us a lot of trouble. The apartment is cute and modern, and has two huge lovely balconies overlooking the busier areas of the resort which was great. We would recommend this place, with the following notes below. A few things we wish we would have known: sheets and towels are not included and cost $30 euros cash on arrival. There is also a cleaning fee of $30 that is not listed, and was required to be paid in cash. These fees were 50% again of the cost of the room, so this was no small amount to pay in surprise extras. Additionally, the only bed is a fold out futon and not very soft/comfortable, although we only stayed for a few days, and were pretty tired, so it worked okay for us. Since I don't like surprises, these are things I thought other travelers would want to know.

  101. Very nice apartment with everything you need

    We enjoyed our stay here but probably wouldn't come back as it can get very noisy in the mornings with the garbage trucks. If you don't mind the noise, then the location is brilliant and very central. If you plan with four then the bedroom and bathroom would be too small. But for two it is really great. Only the bed is a bit too soft. :-)

    Not so much more to say than the title other than next time, then we will try to get an apartment with afternoon/evening sun, the one we had only had sun on the balcony until 10 am. Can also add that the shopping area was very good with SPAR, a bakery, a restaurant and other small shops.
