Positive: Bonne situation, calme, petite terrasse au soleil. La climatisation est top. Negative: La salle de bain est un peu vétuste mais fonctionnel. la Robinetterie n'était plus scellé dans le mur.

Very nice size and great location
Location is great, between all of the main areas and easy access to all. As you are not in a main complex you are far enough away from most of he Boise should you venture back home before 1am, with the exception of the Ozinn. That is loud and had an event on the one night that we wanted to go to bed early, and it was very loud until 1am

Great location in Helio Village near the Heliopolis complex but quietly just around the corner.
Positive: 5 minutes or less walk to the beach and plenty of shopping, restaurants and parking. Comfortable small villa with Heat and AC and a nice terrace with chairs and table. Negative: It was advertised to have WiFi but did not. No English TV channels, any one English news channel would do. Somethings like the shower are a bit worn and outdated.

This was our first Airbnb out of the country. Could not have made a better choice. The villa was very clean and came fully furnished and stocked with anything we needed. The location is perfect short walking distance to the beach, restaurants, clothing and grocery stores. We never had to leave the property once for anything. No regrets!

The location is amazing. The villa is right in the center of everything. It's really quiet and great for sleeping, specially with the shutters down. There is plenty of air condition for the heat wave. Full kitchen + washer. Yves, Christophe & his wife made the check-in and check-out a very smooth process, and helped with arranging the taxi. The only notes: the shower is small and slow to drain, and it was missing a few essentials like TP and trash bags.

Perfect Get-a-Way
Simple yet perfect accommodations for us. Clean and well equipped with just about everything you would need to be comfortable. We parked our car and never had to leave the premise to get anything. Grocery stores, clothing stores, restaurants and bars all within short walking distance as well as the awesome beach! Yves was easy to communicate with!

Jolie villa idéalement située au calme mais proche de toutes les animations. Jolie terrasse avec table et chaises longues, les aménagements ne sont pas de toute première fraicheur, mais fonctionnels. On y retournerait sans problèmes
