Our general conditions
The indicated prices have been established on the basis of the economic situation prevailing at the date of your reservation. We reserve the right to add the price of services that you could have requested before the date of your stay.
A deposit equal to 30% of the rental rate is required upon booking. The balance of the rental is payable on the date of arrival.

#### Additional Services / Additional Fees
* More people = 30 € / person and per night
* Extra cleaning = 15 € / hour * Extra change of sheets and towels = 10 € / person
### Rental rules
This is a NON-SMOKING property.
No pets allowed
* Cancellation between 60 days and 10 days before the arrival date, we keep 30% of the total price of the stay.
* Less than 10 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.
### Customer responsibility
* No damage is done to the property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
* No fees incurred due to illegal activity, because of the animals and paid services provided during the stay are well regulated
* All debris, garbage and discards are placed in a dumpster, and the dishes are clean or in the dishwasher.
* Keys are hand delivered to the person taking the exit
* All fees accumulated during the stay are paid before departure. You are responsible for the damages caused by a bad use of the property and the payment of the repairs or the replacement of the damaged elements will be at your expense they will be in priority deducted from the deposit and invoiced in addition if the amount of the deposit is insufficient or in if the deposit was not requested at the beginning of the stay.
### Falsified reservations.
In the case of a reservation made fraudulently, all the amounts that have not actually been paid can not be deducted from the normal amount of the rental.
### Maximum occupancy
The maximum number of people is limited for each property Any additional person who could be accepted after prior agreement of the manager will train a supplement of 30 € per person per night.
We disengage ourselves from all the disturbances caused by the climatic phenomena. Any stay that we would be required to cancel in whole or in part will involve the refund of the amounts paid by the customer in full or prorated without the latter can claim compensation. Any stay interrupted by the client, for any reason whatsoever, can not give rise to a refund.
### Written exception
Any exceptions to the policies mentioned above must be approved in writing in advance. We recommend you take travel insurance for your stay.
